Applications:

Mainly used for offshore oil drilling and completion fluids, cementing fluid, workover fluid.

Advantages:

As a brine, when calcium bromide is used as completion fluid the specific gravity of brine can reach the required level. Its advantage is to avoid contamination of oil-bearing formation, make oil wells produce high and stable production, so as to effectively improve oil recovery and prolong the production life of oil wells. Calcium bromide liquids can also be used in inverse emulsification water phase systems.
